• Year 1 news - Phonics tomorrow and poppies!
  Just a reminder that the extended phonics session for parents to join us, is tomorrow morning. Please sign in at the office on arrival. Our class have also been busy making poppies to give to our link church for its remembrance service...
• Phonics for Y1 Parents and Carers,
  On Thursday 8th November, in the first week back after the half term break, I would like to invite you to attend an extended phonics session that I will lead for the Y1 class.
• Todays Maths and Spellings
  The maths and spellings tests have not been able to go ahead today.
• Year 1 will make turnip soup tomorrow.
  The year 1 children will be making a vegetable soup as part of our mini topic on Harvest and ‘The Enormous Turnip’
• Year 1 book worms
  The classroom will be open before school each Thursday morning for you to come in and read with your child if you wish.
