Words ladders have been sent home.
Dear parents and carers of year 2,
Year 2 will be bringing home a word ladder tonight. These are made up of common exception words that they need to learn to read and spell in year 2.
Once we are happy that they can confidently read, spell and are applying those words in their writing, they will move onto the next ladder. Please practice these words at home to help your child succeed.
