Expression of interest form
Thank you to everyone who has already expressed an interest. Please could I ask you to complete the York form by Monday morning at the latest as we will be using this information to help us decide whether this is trip will go ahead. Children who do not attend the trip will be provided for in school as these will be normal school days. Please feel free to ask any questions.
