Dear families,

Following further discussions with United Utilities, they need to close School Lane to carry out essential works. They have been incredibly accommodating and have recognised that this is our final week of term. To help minimise disruption, I have therefore agreed that school will close early on Friday at 1.00pm.

Children will have an early lunch and will be ready to leave from their classroom doors. Parents are very welcome to collect children from 12.00pm onwards, once they have eaten. We hope this staggered collection will also help alleviate congestion on School Lane.

Please note that school buses will not be running on Friday afternoon, so all children will need to be collected by a parent or carer. If you are unable to arrange collection, please contact the school office by the end of the day on Thursday so that we can make alternative arrangements.

There will be no MAD House after-school club on Friday. Any credit already paid for this session will either be carried forward or refunded.
