I have been informed that some children over the weekend have seen inappropriate messages online and that there has been some online grooming/concerns and the police have been informed. I believe messages have been posted about this via social media too.

We are very saddened to hear about this at school and although this incident occurred over the weekend and not at school, will make time for Mrs. Woodmass and Staff to discuss online safety again.

It saddens me that children have access to phones/YouTube/Tik Tok accounts etc. as I don't believe they understand the dangers regarding online safety but this is at parents discretion. We can discuss online safety at Parent's Surgery on Friday if parents would like our advice regarding this too.

For now, please remember your children's safety is always our priority.
