Weekly news from Mrs Deakin
We have had the very best day at school today!
It was a delight to see the whole school wearing Christmas jumpers and taking part in the Elf Walk/Run for East Cheshire Hospice, thank you so much for your donations which will be passed to them. We know what a difference this will make. Children then all had their Christmas parties and received a very generous gift from one of our families too, such kindness! It has been a pleasure to watch children’s performances both at school and church this week and we hope you took many photos as keepsakes!
Our week has been so incredibly busy and we thank you for supporting us with trips to Church, attending performances, helping with refreshments, parties and for all your generous gifts and cards. Our parent surgery today was a chance for us to say thank you. On behalf of the whole staff team, we offer not just thanks but recognition for all your support and trust in us.
Children return to school on Wednesday 4th January. Please don’t forget school meals will increase to £2.35 per day.
