Thank you to everyone who has met with me this week, it has been lovely to share all your children's successes.  I'm so proud of Year 3 and the fantastic way they have settled into Key Stage Two. 

There have been a few common threads this week, one being reading. I just wanted to let you know there are two resources on the year 3 school webpage to support you.  You can download or scroll down to see a picture of a list of questions that can help you when talking to your child about the book they are reading as well as a list of some books and authors that are suitable for year 3 readers.  I tried to fit on as many as possible but I still couldn't fit Neil Gaiman, Enid Blyton or the hugely popular David Walliams!
