Item 1 Transition

PG to change password for the chair’s email address and send the new information over to AD.

AD to change password for the treasure’s email address and send the new information over to JT.

The transfer should be ready for JT to be added as the new treasurer and put JT on a new FNF credit card.

A new FNF newsletter will be created to announce the new roles of the new committee before September.

Item 2 Fashion Show

SOS fashion show emailed KJ and explained that they could not host any shows due to the Covid-19 regulations.

Will be reviewed after they receive the next update of the Covid-19 regulations.

Item 3 Fundraising Ideas

Possible ideas for raising money for the school.

-Christmas Shop will be held this year in the school hall. Very successful in 2020 and followed the Covid-19 restrictions.

Item 4 Commitments

Birthday parties will continue in school.

F&F will continue to fund the new school bag for every student who starts in Reception.

A new P.E top for every new student in Reception will be reviewed next year but is currently placed on hold.

ND states that the school will continue to help those students who are in need with the assistance of the school governors.

AD commented that we can still cover the current commitments until July 2022, even though we are struggling to host any fundraising events due to the Covid-19 restrictions.

If we can not hold any fundraising events after September, we will struggle to continue with the commitments after July 2022.

The School Lottery, Easy Fundraising and Clothing Recycling will still be available to raise funds.

Item 5 Fundraising

All indoor and outdoor events are currently cancelled due to the rise in Covid-19 cases in Cheshire and the Covid-19 restrictions.

Item 6 Other matters

Kelvin’s last day in school 16^th July 2021.

DA has volunteered to clear out the school shed, awaiting confirmation from AD.

AD has placed a hold on purchasing the new DJ equipment due to the cancellation of all the outdoor and indoor events.
