Good evening,

I just wanted to let you know that I have given out new spellings books to those who couldn't find them today.  They have stuck in their new spellings and I have popped these on Seesaw.  I have also uploaded  the rest of the year's spellings to the year 3 class webpage.

I have also popped on seesaw a number bonds challenge for those who want to give it a go.

We currently have a Times Tables Rock Stars battle on the go - it's all the KS2 classes against each other.  Year 3 are currently in 3rd place (it's not because they're a small class - the scores are averaged out!) and although we're giving the children opportunities to play at school this week I know some of them are quite competitive so, they may want to play at home this week.

Finally, I just wanted to say how proud I was last week, the children had their first music lesson with our brass teacher and they were amazing!  I hope they've told you all about it but it's a starter session to get them ready for trumpet and trombone next year.  Well done Year 3!
