We are sure you will all be starting to think about the summer holidays and have begun to hear talk about schools possibly considering summer opening for children. As yet we are awaiting for further instructions and advice however we wanted to share with you, in advance, that we will NOT be able to open over the summer holidays as we have planned essential building work beginning as the summer holidays start and we will have no hot water.

For a number of years we have been battling with an aged boiler and have been planning to replace this as soon as we could. We are therefore delighted that we will have a new boiler built over the summer holidays and hope this proves to be cost effective for the future.

As a result though, the old boiler will need to be removed and a new one installed. We will also be converting to gas and have a gas tank fitted with underground pipework laid. This will mean we will have no hot water or heating throughout the summer.
