Weekly news from Mrs Deakin
Many thanks to our whole school community this week for their support and patience in what has been a very busy week!
As from Monday we will be welcoming Reception children back to school to work in two separate bubbles with staff. On arrival on Monday, please come to the year 1 and 2 classroom external doors and a member of staff will direct you. PLEASE can we ask parents/carers to not enter school and to maintain social distancing. Children are welcome to arrive up to 9.30am and be collected from 3pm. School gates will be open at these times.
Key workers children will still continue to use the main entrance and school hall. Please can they bring their home learning with them.
Unless you have ordered a school packed lunch, children need to bring lunch in a disposable bag with snacks and drinks from home.
The school phone may not be answered daily and any parents needing to contact us, will need to do so via email either to admin@marton.cheshire.sch.uk or direct to myself on head@marton.cheshire.sch.uk as I will be in school daily.
Mrs Owen has posted separate message for reception parents/carers so please do look out for this.
We will continue with our home learning for all children and thank you in advance for your understanding as staff will not be able to respond as quickly as they have done to your children’s work as they will be in school supervising the phased return and working with different year groups.
As yet, we are still uncertain about September but I will continue to keep you all informed as I hear information. We have however begun to meet with new PE providers and hope to share this information with you all soon.
