Weekly news from Mrs Deakin
This has been a super first week back and we have all enjoyed welcoming the children back to school, especially our new children and families. Everyone looks so smart in their uniforms and we thank you all for your support.
Today Mrs Field (our new Deputy Headteacher) launched Celebration Assembly and introduced the children to our new House Point system. Every child (and all the staff) have been put into Houses and children will collect house points (instead of raffle tickets) each week. Mrs Field will send more information to parents to explain all about this new exciting project at school.
Our school nurse, Emma delivered Epi/Jext pen training today to all staff and will be attending our Meet the Teacher evening on Monday if you have any health care questions or queries. We look forward to welcoming KS1 parents at 6pm and KS2 parents at 6.30pm.
