    Greetings fellow Parents and Carers,

Last night we held our first ever meeting online. We had much to discuss and the full meeting minutes will be presented in due course. We are very happy to have appointed Kellie on to the committee as our new secretary, taking over the role with immediate effect. Thanks was given to our outgoing secretary Linzi, for all that she has done over the last two years.

Once again we urge all parents and careers to support the school fund raising efforts as much as possible. The School Lottery, Easyfundraising and Clothes collections are all bringing in reasonable amounts of money from just a small percentage of parents being involved. If we could get more support then the money raised for school would increase substantially, this means more resources will be available for the benefit of all our children.

Another way to help our fund raising is the Rudolph Cards and Mugs, the deadline for submitting artwork is nearly here so please get your forms and orders in to school as soon as you can. The form can be downloaded from the school website if you need one.

Other fund raising activities are also planned over the coming months, please make a note of these dates.

Friday 13th November Online Family Quiz Night ( Ticket Details to follow soon )

Friday 20th November Our first Friday Mountain which will be Bottles

Friday 27th November Second Friday Mountain  Chocolate please

Friday 4th December Final Friday Mountain Jolly Jars

This year sadly we will not be able to hold our annual Christmas Fair, we will however be holding our Grand Prize Raffle. All the goods collected from the Friday mountains will be collated into hampers which will become raffle prizes along with cash prizes and anything else we have donated from local businesses. On these days children are allowed to come dressed in their own clothes with 'payment' being something for each Friday Mountain. If you have a business and would like to donate your produce or services please get in touch. All donations are very gratefully received.

As usual the books of raffle tickets will be distributed after half term, we should have some more information about the prizes by then too.

Our next F&F meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 3rd November, once again on Zoom. A reminder will be posted nearer the time.

Thanks for reading this update, please join us at our next meeting.

    Stay Safe
