We want to make you aware of a free 24/7 NHS mental health helpline, which is open to people of ALL ages in Cheshire West, Cheshire East and Wirral. This includes children, young people and their families. We appreciate that these are difficult times for people of all ages and it is important for anyone who is struggling to know they are not alone.
The helpline is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is now the first port of call for mental health help. If you know of anyone who requires urgent mental health support, they should ring 0300 303 3972 and our dedicated local staff will support them to access the help they need.
