All Y1 children that were in school today have received maths homework - addition and subtraction within 20.
Dear Y1 Parents/Carers
I have sent home some maths homework with the Y1 children to practise addition and subtraction within 20. Whilst this is not compulsory, I would urge all children to have a go at this. It should need little supervision and requires children only to apply the maths they have been learning over the past few weeks (as it has been identified as an area of development).
If your child was off today, a copy is at school for them.
The children that have phonics with me also have their usual practise/review sheet too.
Mrs Owen will work with the Y1 children on Monday morning and is excited to see how far they have come over the past few months.
