Dear Parents and Carers
Your children will be bringing home consent forms for the (Fluenz) intra nasal flu immunisation from school health over the next couple of days.
Please return the completed and signed form to school by Thursday 17th September. Any forms arriving after this date will be included in a catch up session, to be arranged at a later date.
