Hi everyone,
I hope you have all had a fantastic Summer. Like all the other members of staff, I am so excited about welcoming my class, the new reception starters and the rest of the school back on Wednesday.
As you are aware, we have some exciting changes in school this year, one of which is the introduction of Alex and his team at ASM Sports. We are so excited about what they are going to bring to the PE provision and we can't wait for the extra curricular activities that they will also be bringing with them.
Very kindly, ASM have said that they will start their class lessons on the first week back. Therefore it is really important that ALL children have their labelled school PE kit in with them from Wednesday 2nd September. ASM will be in school on Thursday and Friday every week and the children need to have the correct PE kit for their sessions.
Also, we have received confirmation from Congleton Leisure Centre that school swimming lessons will go ahead for Year 4. These will be on a Tuesday afternoon. All Year 4 children will need their swimming kit in each Tuesday. This must include a hat, costume, towel and googles if required for the girls and boys should wear trunks (not baggy swim shorts), towel and goggles if required.
