Key Stage Two's computing topic this term is about online safety.  We are following Google's Be Internet Legends scheme of work.

We discussed how we use the internet today and played one of the interactive games included with the scheme. The game is based around an imaginary world called Interland and there are games based on the 5 areas of internet safety.  The children really enjoyed the game and so I promised them I would send you the link so you can play the game with them if you would like to (included below)

Whilst I am aware that some of the areas are not yet relevant to Year 3, having the understanding and tools needed to deal with online safety will help them when they begin to use the internet more independently.
